Our Team

Andrew Hessler

Quantitative Fellow

Andrew Hessler joined the Supervision, Regulation and Credit department as a quantitative fellow in July 2023. His research interests include applied macroeconomics and macroprudential policy.

Prior to joining the Richmond Fed, Hessler was a visiting assistant professor at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Andrew earned his master's and doctoral degrees in economics from North Carolina State University. He received bachelor's degrees in economics and mathematics from Geneseo, State University of New York.
