The Business Case for Change: Gender Diversity and Leadership in the Boardroom and C-suite

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, in partnership with Bank on Women, Inc. and The Risk Management Association, will host its third annual banking conference, “The Business Case for Change: Gender Diversity and Leadership in the Boardroom and C-suite.”

The event will provide participants with:

  • Actionable insights on how to increase the number of qualified women on the Board and in C-suite positions by informing top-level decision makers on the business case for promoting and implementing a diverse board and leadership team. 
  • Compelling data in order to educate leaders of financial institutions about the bottom line and competitive advantages of placing more qualified women on the Board and in C-suites.

This complimentary, virtual conference will offer a variety of sessions, including panel discussions, keynote speakers and a fireside chat featuring Governor Michelle Bowman, Member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and Tom Barkin, President of the Richmond Fed.
